Todd's parents shared with him the joys of traveling at a young age with many hours logged in the family truckster. After a life-changing study abroad experience in Europe, Amanda's love of travel has reached new heights. The chance to learn about other cultures and experience new cuisine and scenery have inspired her desire to experience as much of the world as possible. Dorothy has what her family calls "the wiggly foot": She can't sit still. When she isn't traveling, she is dreaming of where her next trip will take her. Recently back from a year studying in Istanbul, Dorothy loves to immerse herself in foreign cultures--and the less touristy, the better. Also an avid outdoorswoman, she looks for physical challenges in nearly every place she goes, be it hiking to the nearest peak or exploring a city entirely by foot. Her favorite way of getting to know a new culture is by sampling its cuisine in copious amounts. She hopes that one day she will have had enough experience to write a book about her travels.
